i have two to share right now...


the first is two years ago at my Senior Prom, My BF Knew the DJ personally and he whent up and requested I Got You by Craig Morgan. The DJ didn't have it and told Rob so. so we go on with the dance. what we didnt know is that he sent his assistant out to Walmart to get the CD with that song on it! and about 2 hours later the DJ announced "This song gose out to my Buddy Robby and His Girlfriend!" and he put on that song! [it's Robby's and my song] and he put the camera on us as we danced so we were on the big screen the entire time!

The second Story happened today.... I whent to Walmart to get the Best of Bowie CD that i've been wanting and i find it [oddly enough it was NOT in the David Bowie section, it was the last copy hidden behind Velvet Revolver] and I go to the self check out and i ring it up and an "approval needed" message popped up. so the lady ame over and punched in the code and left. I hit "Finish and Pay" and it came up with a NEW approval needed message. and in waiting for help a message saying that there was a second object in bag area. finally after 20 minuets i get help. I pull out my money and the computer wouldn't take it! It seems like the computer just didnt want me to have my David Bowie CD! and so the lady came over again and said "David Bowie is great! let her pay for it!" and she hit the computer and punched in a code and then after a bit longer of it spitting my money out at me, it took it. THEN my change got stuck! yeah... that was a bit odd lol. but i have my Bowie and am listening to it now lol

My musical story happened when I was in the fifth grade. At my school the fifth and sixth grade was combined. Every year the sixth graders had to perform in the end of year play which was always the best play of the year. That year because there weren't as many sixth graders, year five were going to particpate which year six weren't so happy about. Anyway that year, the teachers had organised that we would do a play to celebrate the different types of music over the decades.
The class next door were doing the 40s and 50s. So they all had to do a 50s inspired dance routine when their cue was called, so they danced the to the Andrew Sister's song Boogie Woogie Bugle Boy. The next group, I can't remember what they were doing. Then my class had to represent the 60s. So we dressed as hippies and danced to Wild Thing. I remember a lot of people drew peace symbols on their cheeks but the teachers told them to stop because not everyone believed in peace.
