My favourite holiday is Christmas. In Australia it is the summer holidays in December. So children can enjoy about a month away from school and get to become excited about Christmas. There's plenty of time to buy presents and make plans to go on vacations.

Ooh sounds nice. I wish it was hot here for Christmas! It'd be a lot easier to explain the nonexistent white Christmas ha. I picked Christmas, with Memorial day in a close second since usually it's near or on my bday which results in no school.
