What do you do when a band member can’t carry a tune? You take there interment away and give them to sticks to make a drummer! What happens when they can’t do that? Take one away and make them a director! What do you do if they can’t handle that? Take the stick away and give them a whistle to make a drum major and if they cant handle that job, then they are helpless!!
